The Friends of Benwick school are a registered charity whose aim is to raise funds for Benwick School and help towards those special extras. FOBS isvital to Benwick Primary School especially in the current financial climate. This year FOBS will be giving each class £250 to put towards trips or classroom visits.
The funds are raised through a variety of events run specifically for the children of Benwick School or the local community. We regularly attend village events, run our own events, provide refreshments at school functions and run a 100 club, monthly draw.
Fund Raising events planned for this year include:
Coffee Morning 27th January 8:30-10:00am in the Village Hall
Valentine’s Disco – 10th February – for the Children at the School
Second Hand Clothes Collection – 23rd February – please bring to village hall from 9am
