Benwick Strict Baptist Chapel was first built in 1818 and was then rebuilt in 1874, I have only one picture of the Chapel, which can be seen on the Church page. The graveyard at current is in a poor condition and a few graves are illegible. The map of the cemetery is not perfectly accurate, as some graves are not inline etc, but it is very close.
Some graves appear to have been moved, ie numbers 5 to 15 which appear to be laid down on the are where the Chapel stood, this is further proved by the fact that the footstones are not in the right places. This transcription of the graves took place on January 24th 2008.
