Therefore I decided to develop a special area of the site to help everyone who is researching their family tree. By creating a place where people all over the world can talk to one another about there findings and maybe even find people they are related to. I have already put two people in contact who I was e-mailing before it emerged that they were related somewhere down the line.

Help
I am happy to help you in anyway I can with your research. I have already been contacted by numerous people who have asked for me to help them research little bits of information for them. I have the records for St. Mary's Church, which contain all the Baptisms, Banns, Marriages and Burials for those whom attended the Church from 1850-1950. Since these are copyrighted I cannot upload them to the website, but can search them myself for you if you just ask. For more information on what Help I offer click on Help above.

I run this website with absolutely no profit to myself; any income I receive is spent on the running costs of the website, and profit is invested in the village, by donations to the village groups. The resources on this website are all free to use, and I have tried to create as a source of information for everyone as is possible. There are some things I can not afford to purchase myself, and with donations and advertising I can purchase some of those things which are out of reach - improving the website.

Photos
If you have photos of your ancestors from Benwick, and wish to share them with me so that other people can see the photos of people they may be related to please send them to me. Some photos if applicable may be used on the site if permission is granted; these people include those who died in the wars etc. You can send photos either by e-mail, or on a CD by post. To make it easier to find the information you want, I have added a Google search, simply type what you are looking for, for example someone's name, and select Lilyholtroad, it will then search all the pages on the site and display any hits returned.
