Lilyholtroad.co.uk is a profit free website. I, the Webmaster, do not intend to take any profit from this website in any way shape or form. However there are costs incurred with the running, which currently I pay from my own pocket. These include things such as the hosting, the cost of the domain and other such things. I also have plans to improve the website which involves me purchasing some more software. Hopefully some of these costs will be reaped back from advertising which I intend to implement as soon as possible.

I would also greatly appreciate donations to the site, which can be made by Paypal over the internet. These donations, no matter how big or small will help with the running of the site, and will help see the site grow and improve faster than it could should everything be funded by myself. Since I intend to receive no profit from this (this site is for the people of Benwick, and to give Benwick a place on the internet) any profit I do receive will be given back to the village at the end of the year, and people who have donated will be credited for their donations on both the website (the fact they have donated, not how much they have given), and the letter which will be given to the organisation which receives the money, hopefully lots of people will donate, and advertise on the website which will then both keep the site going, and also raise money for the village.

Money will be given to whichever organisation is drawn randomly from a  hat in December, the money will never leave the village, so it will always go to a different village group. Currently the list of groups which are on the shortlist to receive this years funds are:
