Welcome to Benwick!
Benwick is a small rural village in Fenland, located close to 3 of the Market Towns - March, Chatteris and Whittlesey.
This is the fully comprehensive website for Benwick; and contains pages on nearly everything happening in the village, from pages on all the village groups, the school, village hall, war memorial and more.
This website is kept constantly up to date, from adding new events; photos and information. I have also launched the notice board (right) to give an easy and interactive way of keeping updated.
If you have anything to contribute; whether its photos or information of the village past or present - everything is greatly appreciated!

Does anyone have any old photos which could be used in Benwick Bygones? A new book being put together by myself and Janet Fountain, anything is greatly appreciated, and if it's not used in the book then my website will find a home for it!
We now have some interactive maps for people to view! And I have managed to get a copy of a map from the late 1800's which will be made available online soon.
Joanne Fitzjohn has sent me a load of old photographs which you can view on the old photos page.
This months Flashback is of some school plays which were held in the 50's. Coming soon is Under The Floorboards; which is just awaiting some photographs!
