The Hitchhikers wife - I read lots and lots of books in the month of August

7) Favourite holiday destination?

Italy - I am in the process of convincing Malc that's where he wants to go in the summer

8) What is your favourite hobby?

I do a Suduko every night!

9) What is your favourite thing about Benwick?

The school! I am very proud of our school. The children are great and the support from our parents is brilliant. I also have the opportunity to work with very committed staff governors and friends. I am leaving for pastures new in September, however I am a village girl and will still support our school.

Scope

14) What could you not live without and why?

My phone - I talk to friends all the time

20) What would you like to be remembered for?

I am hoping that someone will name a bridge after me. I have my eye on the bridge on Whittlesey Road. I want a big plaque - Gill's Bridge - and generations to say who was Gill - maybe I should put it to the Parish Council?... If that doesn’t happen. I hope my girls, AJ and Ella, remember me as a good mum - that will do for me!i
