1) Why would people of Benwick know you?
I guess local people would know me as my children went to the local school and we have supported its functions ever since, I also help to run one of the most successful Scout groups in Fenland District, which has many members and parents from within our village that give up their spare time to allow our children to experience life.
2) What is your earliest memory of Benwick?
Apart from its mention in the Doomsday Book!! (Malc T told me that one) was the welcome we received at the local school when looking for a new area to continue bringing up our children.
3) Favourite Band / Singer?
No real favourite I enjoy a wide range of music from the Sex Pistols to Classical.
4) Marmite: Love it or Hate It?
Love it
5) What do you like to do in your spare time?
Spending time with my family.
6) What is the last book you read?
Bill Bryson’s account of “Shakespeare”
7) Favourite holiday destination?
Florida
8) What is your favourite hobby?
Raising money for charity
9) What is your favourite thing about Benwick?
A sense of timelessness “ its how I remember it was when I grew up”
10) What is the first thing you would buy if you won the lottery?
My House
11) What made you get involved with the Village Hall Committee?
Two bottles of wine
12) Where is the worst place you have lived?
I always try to see the best in something, so haven't been there yet.
13) If you had £500 to give to charity - who would you give it to and why?
Mc Millan Nurses, lost too many friends to it already 14) What item could you not live without and why? The Internet, makes life so much easier.
15) Do you think Benwick has any major problems, if so what are they?
Lack of unity in the Community, but hopefully it will get better.

17) What made you move to Benwick?
Good School and Good Location

Pair of Shoes for my wife this afternoon
19) What made you get involved with the Scouts?
Its an incredible organisation that allows our youth to experience things they wouldn’t normally get to do in a life time. I was also a Scout and wanted it for my own children.
20) What would you like to be remembered for?
Hopefully making a difference.
