Benwick Village Hall was built in 1987; it was brought and paid for by the people of Benwick. It is located next to the school on the High Street.

The Village Hall is built on land owned by the LEA; it was given to the village on a 125 year lease for a peppercorn rent; of which 105 years still remain. The previous site of the Village Hall was across the road near the old Pack Horse Pub. The Village Hall was registered as a charity on December 22nd 1987.
